After that, i went to the launcher, pressed verify on 1 mod, and then force-download button in steam downloads. Had to delete the files a few times, but all the mods downloaded without a problem after that!!!!!

I'm sorry I didn't understand everything of what you said. Are you talking about deleting all the appworkshop files? Figured it out give me a minute to type it in the next comment. Go back to DZSA and redownload them when a server tells you and it should solve your problem.
